Appreciating
‘We walk past the same buildings and structures every day, but we don’t acknowledge their significance or beauty.
We do the same thing to people, walk past homeless people, forgetting they’re not an object, but a real person. We pass the same familiar faces at work every day, yet we often don’t know the significance or beauty of who that person REALLY is.
The stone I am sat on is part of the original Roman London Wall, hidden away in a car park. People pass it/park next to it every day, yet don’t know its relevance to the history of this city and country. At the same time, no one notices it, or if this photo being taken.’
